We are experienced and authorized to design and manage technical works. We provide professional site supervision of all construction types. We compare knowledge of the design documentation with expected geotechnical design parameters identified during geotechnical surveys and with the actual situation encountered at the site. We assess the contractor´s implementation documentation including a technical and financial assessment of alternative proposals of the contractor, designer, or investor in the event of differences from the project assumptions. We prepare opinions on submitted construction change sheets or on changes during the construction, we deliver final geotechnical supervision reports and cooperate in the preparation of final reports for the acceptance of works for the monitored construction section.
